Air Export Executive (Freight Forwarding)
Location : East – Changi Airfreight Centre
Working hours: Monday to Friday | 9am to 6pm | Alternate Saturday 10am – 1pm**
Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to Basic of $3,700 + Variable Bonus + Performance Incentives + 14 Days Annual Leaves + Birthday Leave + Medical Benefits

Main Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end air export operations and ensure smooth shipment execution
Prepare full set export documentation (HAWB, MAWB, invoices, packing list, permits)
Arrange airline / co-loader bookings, space confirmation and flight coordination
Liaise with overseas agents, airlines, customers for timely cargo uplift
Submit documents on time and ensure customs/export compliance
Track & trace shipments, provide updates and resolve delays/issues
Support billing/costing, verify supplier invoices and update records in system
Maintain shipment data in freight forwarding system and support ad hoc tasks
Requirements:
Minimally O Level with at least one year of experience in air freight operations.
Proficiency in logistics software and systems.
In-depth understanding of air freight regulations, customs procedures, and international trade laws.
