Customer Operations Executive to support daily order management


Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Operations Executive to support daily order management and client coordination activities. This role will act as the key liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and operational excellence.


 Key Responsibilities


Serve as the main point of contact for assigned customers, maintaining strong working relationships.


Manage end-to-end order processing, coordination, and service fulfilment.


Handle customer enquiries on quotations, orders, delivery schedules, shipping status, and inventory availability.


Monitor and follow up on operational issues to ensure timely resolution.


Coordinate closely with internal departments to meet customer requirements and manage expectations.


Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports for management and clients.


 Requirements


Diploma or Degree in Business or a related discipline.


Minimum 3 years of experience in order management, customer operations, or B2B customer service.


Strong coordination, communication, and organisational skills.


Detail-oriented, able to multitask, and work well in a team environment.
