Key Responsibilities
Receive, inspect, and record incoming stock per company procedures
Store products correctly in chilled environments to maintain quality and safety
Pick, pack, and prepare Vansales orders accurately and on schedule
Maintain precise inventory records using SAP and Warenavi systems
Perform cycle counts and assist with stock-taking activities
Monitor stock rotation (FEFO) to reduce short shelf life losses
Uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards consistently
Follow health & safety regulations, including cold-room protocols
Report damaged, missing, or expired stock to supervisors
Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) if licensed and trained
Requirements
Prior warehouse/storekeeping experience (chilled environment preferred)
Ability to work in cold conditions for extended periods
Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
Forklift license is an advantage but not mandatory
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and overtime as required
