Challenges
You will provide operational support to clinical departments and work closely with key stakeholders on matters related to implementation and monitoring of projects, process improvement, justification for new services and funding, and ensure that they are in line with the hospital's overall strategic direction. You will assume a key role in ensuring good financial performance and smooth operations of the clinical departments by proactive tracking, monitoring, analysis and reporting of key performance indicators.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline, preferably in hospital operations, will be advantageous
Critical thinker, self-motivated, excellent communication skills, a team player who is also able to work independently
Proficient in MS Office
