Accounts Executive (Full Set Accounts)
Location : Sin Ming Drive
Working hours : Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm
Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4500 + AWS + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave

Main Responsibilities:
Prepare full sets of financial statements accurately and on time
Support month-end and year-end closing
Manage AP, AR, and bank reconciliations
Maintain internal controls and ensure accuracy of financial records
Prepare and submit GST and other tax filings
Ensure compliance with tax rules, financial policies, and reporting standards
Coordinate internal and external audits
Work with internal teams to improve finance processes
Provide financial insights and ad-hoc analysis for business decisions
Support continuous improvement within the finance function
Requirements:
Degree in Accountancy or professional qualification such as ACCA, CA, or ACMA
Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
Good knowledge of SFRS, corporate tax, and GST
At least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role
Able to handle full set of accounts
