Facility Supervisor (Building Maintenance | ACMV | HVAC)
Location : Science Park Drive
Working hours : 5.5 days | Mon - Fri 8:30am–5:30pm | Sat 8:30am – 12:30pm
Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $5,000 Basic ((inclusive of Transport | Site allowance) + 12 Days Annual Leave + Completion Bonus
Duration: 1 year contract (Renewable or Convertible to Permanent)
Industry : Construction company specializing in ACMV and green technology systems
Main Responsibilities:
Supervise on-site technicians and daily maintenance works
Monitor ACMV | HVAC and M&E building systems
Handle breakdowns, troubleshooting, and vendor coordination
Maintain maintenance records and operational logs
Support site operations and safety compliance
Requirements:
Atleast 3 years of facility | building maintenance experience
Strong ACMV | HVAC and M&E knowledge will be preferred
Supervisory experience preferred
Able to respond to site emergencies when required
