Job Description:
Source, screen, and assess potential candidates
Coordinate and conduct interviews, assisting with hiring decisions
Build and maintain strong candidate & client relationships for future placements
Support HR-related processes such as offer management, onboarding, and talent tracking
Business Development - Assist in widening clientele pool
No experience required – 1 to 1 mentorship & hands-on training will be provided
