What you'll be doing
Provide comprehensive HR advisory and support to management and employees on a range of employee relations matters, including performance management, disciplinary issues, grievances, and terminations
Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations
Manage the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and offboarding
Coordinate employee benefits administration and payroll processing
Participate in HR projects and initiatives to drive continuous improvement and enhance the employee experience
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide HR expertise and support business objectives
What we're looking for
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
Minimum 4 years of experience as an HR Generalist, preferably in the manufacturing industry
Excellent knowledge of Singapore's employment laws and regulations
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
Proficient in HR information systems and data management
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels
Adaptable and resilient, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
