Job Roles & Responsibilities :-
• Provide helpdesk support and troubleshooting both onsite and online.
• Meeting and Event setup and onsite support.
• Manage external vendor in implementing various projects from requirement gathering, conceptualizing through to implementation and post implementation support.
• Identify system improvement to ensure information quality, security, availability and accessibility.
• Propose and specify appropriate technologies and IT architectures with the aim of achieving business objectives.
• Conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Rotate duty standby over the weekends and holiday is a must.
• Knowledge of SQL is a must
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamic AX is a must
• Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
