Job Responsibilities :-
- Daily e-commerce operation to resolve escalated customer enquiries and order-related questions.
- Responding to marketplace key account manager's questions.
- Handling customer order issues such as defective, order cancellations and return management.
- Working with the logistics team on order fulfilment.
- Assist in the management of marketplace product listing, store decoration and store setting.
- Setting up promotion mechanics on marketplaces
- Promotion and campaign management on marketplaces.
- Pricing update and management on marketplaces. To ensure correct pricing is reflected on the marketplaces.
- Managing inventory to ensure optimal inventory level
