Job Description :-
• Oversee day to day restaurant operations
• Analyse service quality and customer satisfaction
• Ensure customer satisfaction through promoting excellent service
• Respond to customer complaints with tact and professionally to manage customers' expectations.
• Ensure the adherence of restaurant standards, service benchmarks and company rules and regulation
• Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.
• Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste.
• Taking instructions from Headquarters and execute policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations
• Lead team to implement change
• Ensuring sufficient staffing for Daily Operations
• Train new and current employees on any SOPs and best customer service practices.
• Provide leadership and team building for staff
• Create and maintain the staff schedule and track tardiness and absenteeism
• Provide regular feedback to staff to improve productivity and efficiency
• Interview potential new hires when necessary.
• Handle dispute and disciplinary matters at store level
• Responsible for team motivating and forging a performance driven team.
• Conduct staff performance assessment process
Job Requirements :-
Education:
• Diploma in Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent.
Qualification
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Comfortable working long shifts if required and on weekends and PHs
