Job Description:
Configuration of cloud infrastructure, including virtual machines, containers, & server less environments.
Monitor resources to ensure optimal performance, cost-effectiveness, and reliability.
Resolve infrastructure issues, like network connectivity, security, & access controls.
Collaborate with teams to ensure applications are integrated with infrastructure and services.
Provide guidance for users on issues, like access, usage, and best practices.
Document configurations, processes, and procedures for future reference and training.
Maintaining and administrating IT Architecture artefact repository
Any ad-hoc duties as requested by Officer in Charge.
Job Requirements:
Diploma & Above in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
1-2 years of experience in cloud support, in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
Experience with security and compliance standards, such as GDPR, HIPAA, and SOC 2.
Certifications, like AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, Azure Fundamentals /Google Associate Cloud Engineer, are a plus.
