Timing :- Working Hours: 8.15am to 5.30pm
Working Day :- Monday to Friday
Salary :- Up to $3000/month
Job Scope :-
- Group AR & AP overseas Global Netting
- Include checking, declaring, settlement & clearance & reconciliation
- Create Statement of Account
- Reconcile of AR & AP
- Retrieval of invoices from system
- Netting declaration
- SAP clearance & off-set
• TT remittance Group Netting/Oversea Agents, etc
• All settlement through banking system input netting template for AR & AP
• Follow-up inquiry & disputes
• Proper documentation & supporting documents & filing
• Distribution of output to respective division
• Other adhoc duties
Job Requirements :-
• Diploma in Accountancy
• Min 5 years experience in accounting on global netting and keeping full set of accounts
• Experience in both Share Service and Freight Forwarding & Logistics company preferred
• Familiar with SAP accounting system
