Adecco is partnering with a Japanese MNC and they are looking for a Logistics Executive to join their business! Located at Jurong Island, this incumbent will be ensuring smooth execution of all orders and coordinate with all 3PLs to ensure smooth logistical operations.

Location: Jurong Island (transport provided from Jurong East & Outram Park)

Salary: Monthly Gross up to $4,160 + AWS + Variable Bonus 

Working Hours: Mon-Fri 8.30AM -5.15PM

Job Scope :- 

• Processing of sales orders, while ensuring data accuracy in system

• Coordinate on logistics operation, arrange inventory allocation and ensure all orders are fulfilled on time

• Ensure product availability with local and overseas stakeholders

• Maximize space utilization for all shipments

• Process claims and tracking of shipment

• Attend to customer complaints and provide timely resolutions

• Maintain proper filing and archiving of documents

• Perform monthly stock and order reconciliation for month-end operations

• Provide suggestions to operational improvements whenever necessary

• Support internal teams on compliance and audit matters

Participate in ad-hoc matters such as ISO 9001:2015 implementation, hazard installation, GHG (Green House Gas) measurements and reporting

Requirements :- 

• Diploma/degree in any discipline

• Experience with SAP/ERP SD and MM modules is an added advantage

• Ability to communicate in Chinese language to liaise with native Chinese-speaking counterparts based in China

• Willingness to learn, able to adapt in fast-paced environment and function with minimal supervision
