Job Description:
• Identifying and meeting with new / prospective clients, afterwhich Payroll Officer will takeover
• Identifying business opportunities through market development, customer prospecting and sales pitching
• Building up networking and relationship with key decision makers and stakeholders
• Creating brand awareness and market penetration
• Developing sales proposal, negotiation and sales closure
• Developing and implementing outreach plans to meet sales KPI and targets
• Providing after sales support
Job Requirements:
• 1 - 2 years experience and knowledgable in payroll services and setting up of payroll system
• Dedicated
• Analytical and innovative
• Result oriented, good Sales drive and Achievement mindset
• People person with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good presentation skills
