Duration: 6 months
Working hours: Mon – Fri office hours
Salary: $2200 - $3200
Job Scope :-
Ensuring that all meter readings matches according to master list
Verifying old meters to be replaced with master listing
Creation of new meters in master list
Perform utility modifications to update the old and new meter to the affected utility contracts.
Prepare and perform pre bill run variance and completeness checks for meter reading files
Timely monthly rental reconciliation
Preparation of Sub-Let Invoices in SAP
You may also be required to assist the team in processing of bills, maintaining / keeping proper billing records, preparation of some financial analysis as well as any other duties that may be assigned to you
Requirements :-
Diploma in Accountancy, Business, or equivalent qualifications, with preferably 1-3 years of similar working experience
Good Microsoft Office skills (especially MS Excel). Proficiency in SAP System would be a plus.
Able to excel in a fast-paced environment
