Monday to Fridays, Half Day work
Location: Raffles Place MRT
Durations: 6 months to 1-year, convertible to full time permanent
Salary: Up to SGD35/hr based on relevant experience
Key Responsibilities:
Providing general secretarial and administrative support to the CEO.
Extensive coordination for international travel and accommodation, visas, meeting rooms and restaurant bookings.
Calendar management i.e. manage and co-ordinate the meeting schedule of the CEO.
To schedule and send invitation for external and internal appointments/meetings, conference calls and video conferences.
Key Requirements:
Minimum Diploma and above
3+ years Personal Assistant experience in a corporate or professional environment working for senior-level management.
Good written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Strong Japanese communication skills (Native speaking or JLPT N1 certification)
Strong organizational skills, meticulous attention in details, diligent, self-motivated with a positive working attitude.
Able to multi-task and work under pressure.
Able to solve problem independently or with minimum supervision.
A good grasp of absolute discretion and confidentiality.
