Shipment and Admin Executive Required in Singapore

Job Details:

- Basic up to $2800 + AWS

- Working Days: 

    Monday to Friday, 9.30 am to 6:00 pm

    Saturday 9:30 am to 1:00 pm (with one Saturday off per month)

- Location: Redhill


Job Scope:


Invoice and Documentation: Prepare invoices and packing lists from emails received from India, Hong Kong, or locally. Input supplier purchase entries into Microsoft and MYOB.

Shipment Inspection: Physically inspect shipments prepared by the warehouse in-charge. Verify India shipment packing lists against email requests and prices.

Communication: Respond to shipment details and emails by 5:30 PM (Monday-Friday) and 12:30 PM (Saturdays). Notify freight forwarders about shipments within 24 hours or send reminder emails to the respective PIC. Seek guidance from the Head of Department if unsure of how to respond.

Payment Processing: Prepare payment vouchers/cheques and enter all payment entries. Verify and authorize payment and purchase entries made by the PIC. Ensure all entries are completed by the end of the day, seeking HOD permission to carry over if necessary.

Administrative Support: Complete ad-hoc administrative tasks assigned by the HOD. Review and authorize all MYOB entries.

Role Flexibility: Assume the responsibilities of the other role in their absence.
