As an Admin Executive, you will be responsible for the following duties:
Prepare and issue Delivery Orders (DOs), invoices, quotations, and payment vouchers accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with company procedures.
Assist in basic financial documents, including preparation of financial documents, monitoring outstanding invoices, and following up on payments.
Manage online sales activities by responding to enquiries, processing quotations and invoices, and providing after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Monitor stock availability and reserved items, coordinate with sales and suppliers to ensure inventory accuracy, and follow up on long-held stock for timely delivery arrangements.
Liaise with suppliers and freight forwarders to obtain quotations, coordinate purchase orders and deliveries, arrange product lab testing, and support purchasers with administrative tasks.
Handle general office administration, maintain product catalogues, assist with data updates, manage documentation and perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Possess at least a Diploma or equivalent.
