Job Description

: Administrative Assistant (Full time / Part time)

Salary:

  • Full time: Monthly basic up to S$2,500 + annual bonus
  • Part time: Monthly basic up to S$1,500 + annual bonus

Benefit: Leave and benefits as per MOM regulations

Work location: Jurong West

Work hours:

  • Full time: Monday – Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm
  • Part time: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm

Job Description:

  • Handle general administrative duties, including creating and maintaining electronic and physical filing systems, and scanning documents.
  • Assist in preparing and issuing quotations and tax invoices.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating employee records, including work permit applications and renewals.
  • Assist with payroll processing, including staff claims and reimbursements.
  • Other ad-hoc admin duties as required.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Tech-savvy: Comfortable using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office) and basic office equipment.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Good at prioritizing work to finish on time.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Bilingual in Chinese & English preferred.
