Admin Executive / Office Administrator


Job Description

Salary: $2200 – $2500 Location: Senoko


Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the administrative team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Oversee day-to-day administrative functions and maintain efficient information flow within the company.

Coordinate reception arrangements for customers and key executives visiting Singapore.

Manage contracts, price negotiations, and service performance with office vendors and service providers.

Monitor contract renewals, terminations, and follow-up actions.

Oversee logistics matters including transportation, telecommunications, courier services, meeting hospitality, off-site storage, and asset management.

Handle procurement and administration of office supplies, pantry items, inventories, and office equipment maintenance.

Support basic HR administrative functions.

Assist with ad-hoc duties and assignments as required.

Requirements:

Minimum GCE 'O'Level or equivalent;

At least 2 years of relevant administrative experience.

Meticulous, positive attitude, and strong interpersonal skills.

Good prioritization and organizational skills with strong initiative.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
