Responsibilities:
Process sales orders, quotations, invoices and purchase orders.
Follow up on order status, deliveries, customer requests and payments.
Handle customer enquiries and arrange sample deliveries.
Maintain sales records, contracts, reports and transaction documents.
Check supplier and warehouse invoices against quotations and jobs.
Prepare month-end payment summaries and bank entries.
Tally warehouse reports and inventory movements.
Coordinate with sales, warehouse, logistics and procurement teams.
Support workflow improvements and general office administration.
Perform other duties assigned by management.
Requirements:
Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
Minimum 2 years’ sales admin, CRM or administrative experience.
Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, CRM and inventory systems.
Zoho Inventory experience is an advantage.
Detail-oriented with good communication and coordination skills.
