Position : Accounts Executive (Shipping | Oil & Gas)
Location : Promenade
Working hours : 5 days | Mon - Fri 9am - 6pm
Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4,200 Basic + 14 Days Annual Leave + Performance Bonus + Medical & Dental Benefits

Main Responsibilities:
Handle AP, AR, invoicing, payments, and GST filing
Support month-end/year-end closing and audit activities
Track project/vessel costs and perform reconciliations
Liaise with operations and procurement teams
Assist with financial reporting and ad-hoc duties
Requirements:
Atleast 2 years of accounting experience
Shipping | Oil & Gas experience is an advantage
Knowledge of Xero | WorldFirst preferred
