Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for healthcare and life sciences roles
Conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability
Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to placement
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients
Coordinate interviews, offers, and onboarding processes
Support business development activities by identifying potential clients and job opportunities
