What are the Job Responsibilities?

HR Recruiter (No Experience Required as Training Provided!)

Sourcing for corporate clients and suitable candidates - cold calling included

Administer the full spectrum of recruitment - from sourcing, screening, recruiting and selection to final offering to successful candidates

Schedule and conduct interviews for potential candidates

Oversee the client and candidates' accounts, manage business prospect and development

Networking and expand channels to drive for corporate sales

Develop and manage healthy relationships with corporate clients, candidates and team

What are Required?

Minimum Degree (in any disciple) from recognized institutions

Positive, enthusiastic and self-driven individuals

Proficient in interpersonal communication

Active participation in sports or school activities is an added advantage
