Accounts & Admin Executive (AP/AR/GL)


Job Description

Location: Tuas (Tuas West Rd MRT)


Working hrs: Mon - Fri, 8am - 5pm


Finance


Responsible for the day-to-day processing of financial transactions and maintenance of accurate accounting records.


Process bank receipts, payments, and petty cash transactions


Verify and process supplier invoices and delivery orders


Review and process employee expense claims


Prepare customer quotations and sales invoices


Update material and labour costs in the accounting system


Record accounting entries using Peachtree accounting software


Assist with month-end closing and preparation of financial reports


Open and maintain job files and related documentation


Ensure completeness and accuracy of Sales, Purchase, and Nominal Ledger records


Administration


Provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.


Manage general correspondence, courier services, deliveries, and mail


Coordinate worker dormitory arrangements and related matters


Process visa applications


Maintain office stationery and supplies inventory


Arrange and renew safety courses, yard entry permits, and other required certifications


Maintain and update employee records and personnel information


Provide backup support to the Finance & Admin Manager during periods of absence


Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned


Requirements


Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline


At least 2 years of experience in finance, accounting, bookkeeping, or financial reporting


Familiarity with accounting software (Peachtree experience is an advantage)
