Job Description

Principle Responsibilities


Grant Management and Administration

Prepare Letters of Award and supporting documentation for approved projects

Manage and track grant-related enquiries, and maintain records and documentation of MHI-funded projects

Meeting Coordination and Secretariat Support

Arrange project meetings, and support preparation and circulation of materials

Project Administration, Monitoring and Compliance

Support knowledge management, report preparation, track project deliverables, and ensure compliance with funding and reporting requirements

Financial Support

Support claims processing and maintain oversight of project documentation and financial records

General: Administrative, Operational, and Coordination Support

Support administrative, operational, and logistical tasks, scheduling, and follow-ups across FSI

PA duties supporting Divisional Director

Profile/Qualifications


Diploma or Degree holder, preferably with experience in administrative, operations, or project support roles

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail in handling administrative and documentation processes
