Location: Midview City
Job Purpose: Support the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring smooth administrative and receptionist functions.
Key Responsibilities
Receptionist Duties
Answer and direct incoming phone calls; open and distribute mail.
Act as the point of contact for clients and vendors, providing general support.
Assist with staff birthday celebrations, festive activities, team bonding events, and other company functions.
Manage and order pantry supplies.
Perform other receptionist tasks as assigned, including:
Administrative Duties
Perform data entry using Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Handle photocopying, scanning, filing, and archiving of documents.
Perform payroll processing
Support manpower recruitment, procurement, payments and finance-related activities.
Mail letters and documents.
Manage and order office supplies, uniforms, and festive / birthday goodies.
Carry out other general administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements
Minimum “O” Level or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of administrative experience (including payroll).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
